Starting from where you are now and working with a coach who is also an experienced legal practitioner, coaching helps you clarify your goals, and put in place a strategy for achieving them. My coaching is focused on partners at the different stages of their career journey and managing partners leading their firm to success. I also help those aspiring to partnership at senior associate level and in-house counsel seeking a path to the next level and shattering the “glass ceiling”.

You will develop a road map to substantial profitable growth in your legal practice, to perfect your team such that they support you and fulfil their aspirations and techniques to improve your personal performance while managing the pressures of your many responsibilities.

In our regular one to one sessions we work together to analyse where you are now, where you wish to get to, and the obstacles to achieving your aspirations we then put together a personalised strategy to achieve those goals. We also work on the factors holding you back on a personal level and how to strengthen the attributes and skills you need to stay the course. The coach’s role is to challenge as well as encourage to ensure you get the best possible result for you and your practice.
