My story
Over the years, I’ve had quite the journey in the legal world, and I wanted to share some key highlights and lessons I’ve learned along the way.
Experience
25 years in private legal practice as an employment lawyer including 18 years as a leader in the firm I co-founded and we grew to 50 strong.
Leadership
Leading a law practice to success was exhilarating and gave me insight into every area of the business financial stability, growing with the right type of clients, nurturing a stable team, compliance, and much more. Being honest, I now know I did this the hard way… sometimes relying on adrenaline as a drug of choice!
Guidance
As we grew as a practice I realised that there was a huge value in expert help by a lawyer coach to manage the multiple pressures and lower stress while excelling in the business.
Coaching
From my own experience I learned the value of coaching and then qualified as a coach myself.
